Our client supports Member Organisations in 150 countries to help 10 million girls to achieve their full potential. 

About the Role: 

The Deputy Chief Executive is a new role who will play a key role in the success of the organisation and their ability to deliver value for their 150 Member Organisations throughout the world. 

You will directly manage the Fundraising and Global Programme teams (+50 people in total), providing leadership and direction to a talented team in order to drive our client’s ambitions of sustainable growth. You will oversee some exciting and significant international projects, working closely with the CEO, Board of Trustees, and Heads of Department. 

You will also assist the CEO in providing direction across the organisation and foster a positive culture where staff at all levels across the business are empowered to succeed. 

About You: 

To be successful in this role, you will need outstanding management and communication skills with proven experience in a high-level leadership role preferably including fundraising. 

You will need to be able to contribute to the highest level of strategy, whilst also retaining the ability to be hands-on within a small and dynamic organisation. 

Above all, you will need to have a passion for, and commitment to, positive change on issues affecting girls and young women globally.
