Treasury Accounting Manager

£45,000 to £60,000 plus Benefits

ABPM as experts in financial recruitment are assisting an automotive manufacturing company based in Staffordshire to recruit a Treasury Accounting Manager. The successful candidate will need to be a qualified accountant ideally ACA/ACCA and or AMCT Treasury qualified professional. An articulate, robust and results driven individual is needed who can use their ability to be a motivated influencer who will support others and thrive in a fast paced environment and adapt to challenging situations to support finance and the broader business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce and management of cashflow forecasts, budgets and treasury.
• Negotiating supplier cash relationships and contracts to benefit the business.
• Assessment of cash implications and using this information for reviews and planning.
• Development of cash processes and implement improvements accordingly.
• Oversee multiple areas of the business to acquire vital financial information.
• Support senior finance with relationships management across banking and finance.
• Ensure compliance through the processes and assessing risks accordingly.
• Management of a small function, delivering support and guidance where needed.
• Consolidation, accurate reporting, cash management, planning and data analysis.
• Ad hoc duties as and when required.

PROFILE

• Qualified Accountant - ACA / ACCA / AMCT
• To have worked in a Treasury management role previously
• Manufacturing sector experience with be a huge advantage but not essential
• Have a strong analytical mindset, be an effective planner and a focused problem solver.
