ABPM as experts in financial recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a market-leading technology group who have a demonstrable track record and are growing exponentially as result of a M&A and their customers embracing their products, systems and consultancy services.
To support this growth a Group Financial Controller is needed to support the consolidation process and manage the statutory accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of the monthly consolidated accounts, liaising with the divisional teams.
- Preparation of the year end consolidated statutory accounts.
- Co-ordination of the budget process and management of cash requirements.
- Monitor the cash requirements for the Group including cash forecasting and liaising with the Group's lenders.
- To work with advisers in relation to tax planning and transfer pricing.
PROFILE
- Qualified accountant, preferably ACA / ACCA held for a minimum of 5 years
- Exposure to acquisition accounting and interpreting IFRS
- Experience of preparing consolidated accounts, preferably multi-currency
- Cash forecasting experience
