Treasury Accountant

Treasury Accountant job in Sutton, focusing on statutory reporting for treasury and derivative accounting.

Your new company
A large international company is looking for a treasury accountant to join the treasury accounting team, working closely with wider finance and treasury. This company has been going through a transformation across treasury, and as such there is opportunity to further develop and expand your experience.

Your new role
As the treasury accountant, you will be responsible for management and statuary reporting for the investment and external funding entities for the group. Responsibilities will include; financial instrument / derivative accounting; overview of bank account reconciliation; maintaining loan interest accruals and interest calculations; preparing financial statements for treasury entities; SOX controls; quarterly reporting including inter-company balances and providing analysis; and participate in improvement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with experience of treasury, bank reconciliation and cash reporting.
