Your new company
We are working exclusively with a expanding property management consulting company based in Birmingham. The company has grown significantly over a number of years and is currently going through a number of exciting projects.
Your new role
As Head of Financial Operations you will assume full responsibility for a team of circa 30 within accounts. This will include transactional, processing, credit control and client accounts and will be a mixture of both Qualified and part-qualified staff.
The role will report into the Managing Partner and you will be responsible for the full A to Z of both internal and end client accounts. The role will involve setting targets for the team, appraisals and staff development to ensure all budgets and targets are met.
You will also be involved in looking at new projects including assessment of potential new acquisitions and the onboarding of new client accounts.
This is a diverse and varied role and is pivotal to the ongoing success of the company.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully Qualified Accountant, ideally with several years of post-qualified experience gained within either a Property Management or Property Investment company. You will have gained significant exposure to managing teams of a similar size and enjoy driving and developing the performance of a team.
