Credit Manager

Experienced Credit Manager ICM part or qualified salary up to £45000pa

As Credit Manager you will lead, develop and motivate a team of 6 ensuring consistent service levels are maintained to a high standard, all invoicing is produced and dispatched timely and efficiently, maximise cash flow for the business, manage and mitigate risk whilst maintaining continuous aged debt reduction ensuring targets are met.

The successful candidate will be a proven leader with a natural ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation skills and tenacity are essential qualities. Ideally you will also be ICM qualified or currently working towards qualification.
