We are currently recruiting a Finance Business Partnering Manager to join a very successful Affordable Housing organisation which is focused on a mixture of private and social, new build and regeneration projects. They have won several awards for their existing regeneration/new build work and you would be an integral part of their organisation.
About the role
Looking for a Finance Business Partnering Manager with a solid background in Affordable Housing. Must have experience around Property Management & Regeneration, Repairs & Maintenance and Fixed Assets.
Main Responsibilities of Current Role
Your role will include Property Management & Regeneration, Repairs & Maintenance, Fixed Assets, reporting, cash flow, budgets, reporting, forecasting, business partnering, reconciliation and you would lead and develop a finance team.
Experience and pre-qualification criteria
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent qualified accountant.
- Must have background in Affordable Housing.
