The SF Group is currently recruiting for a Accounts Clerk for a business in Burton on Trent on a Temporary to Permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a Accounts Clerk to join an enthusiastic team supporting the department in their Central Services Sector.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Clerk:

- Resolve queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
- Keep a record of all disputed items, up to date notes and chase outstanding dispute
- Escalate no responses or complex disputes to Senior Managers
- Assist with debt collection when a Credit Controller is on annual leave

Desired skills and experience:

- Good communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Dispute resolution
- Experience in Credit Control or Sales Ledger would be desirable
