The Company

My client, based in Central London, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their office. The Boutique Practice offers a personal approach to their clients and the office has a real family feel to it. The company is fantastic and offers a supportive and collaborative environment with clear progression paths put in place. They like to organically grow people within the business.

The Role

The company are seeking someone with at least one years experience within the payroll function. Duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Dealing with queries both internally and externally
  • Processing payments and payroll for a portfolio of clients and ensuring all documentation is posted/delivered in a timely manner
  • Liaising directly with HMRC regarding queries
  • Administration such as filing and scanning
  • Assisting the managers in implementing new policies


The successful individual will need to have the following skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Minimum 1 years experience within Payroll
  • Great with numbers
  • Confident in your own work and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a high volume environment
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
