Blackwaters is recruiting a commercial Management Accountant for an exciting, rapidly growing consumer product business in South Bucks. Fresh backing and new launches are driving this young business’ growth, with this new person required to develop commercial reporting.
It’s a fluid opportunity for an ambitious candidate, reporting to the head of commercial finance as their back up, to take on FP&A and internal reporting improvement, as well as to support commercial insight, new product and market launches.
Core initial responsibilities;
- Build revised budget and long-range plan
- Lead monthly forecast including cash, balance sheet and P&L
- Cash management
- Sales reporting by product and customer
- Improvement of controls and processes
Assisting with;
- New market set ups
- Input for supply chain, pricing, sales and marketing decision making
- Systems upgrades
Person required;
- New or nearly qualified accountant (ACMA/ACCA) and decent academics
- Solid accounting skills
- Ambitious, articulate and dedicated
- FMCG, retail or distribution exposure
