The Company

Our client is an expanding Top 20 accountancy practice with offices across the UK and internationally. They are now seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team in London.

The Role

As a Payroll Administrator, you will undertake a wide range of tasks to support the smooth running of the payroll department.

Specifically, you will complete weekly and monthly payrolls for a variety of clients, ensuring deadlines are met and quality levels are maintained.

Working in a team of four, your role will also involve:

- Processing and calculating payments
- Processing deductions, including auto-enrolment, court orders and contractual payments
- Inputting statutory changes and changes to employee details
- Monitoring the payroll inbox
- Maintaining an up to date knowledge of payroll legislation and internal policies

About You

Interested? To be considered as a Payroll Administrator, you will need:

- Payroll knowledge including UK manual tax and national insurance calculations
- Experience of working in a fast-paced and growing environment
- Proficiency in IT
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Although not essential, experience of working in a payroll bureau would be beneficial to your application.
