Audit Senior Manager

Established and fast growing firm of accountants is looking to recruit a Senior Audit Manager

A well established, professional and fast growing firm of accountants. They provide accountancy services to a range of different clients. As a medium-sized firm, they combine the technical expertise expected of a larger firm alongside the personal skills required to build successful client relationships.

Your new role

Working alongside one of the partners, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

Audit work - taking a senior position on various audit assignments, overseeing audit planning,
fieldwork and completion through to partner review;
Accounts work - managing, reviewing and controlling the preparation of non-audit statutory
accounts;
Tax - advising on aspects of taxation, as required by the client portfolio;
Inheriting and developing a client portfolio, providing all aspects of client support and
development; and
Contributing to the Group's ongoing development.
Supporting the Group's audit compliance and general practice development, including supervising and
mentoring junior members of staff.


What you'll need to succeed

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with strong audit experience gained within general practice, will have excellent communication & IT skills and have previous management experience. You will be ambitious and looking to progress your career.
