One of the world's most prestigious property company's based in the City Of London requires a Management Accountant to join their finance team. The successful candidate will be joining an organisation that is a leader amongst its competition and is renowned within the industry for its exceptional culture and development of staff with an exciting progression path.
Role Responsibilities -
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Accruals and prepayments
- Management Accounting for various business cost lines
- Variance analysis including commentary
- Intercompany reconciliations including recharges and journals
- Providing assistance to the rest of the finance team, such as Finance Director, Finance Manager, Financial Controller, with other ad hoc duties as and when required
Candidate Requirements -
- Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA (or equivalent)
- Relevant industry experience would be preferred however not essential
- Intermediate-Advanced excel skills required
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting strict deadlines
- Sociable with great people skills
