Our client, an IT professional services business, requires an experienced Finance Director to join a well established UK market leader to provide finance, operational and commercial support across the organisation during a crucial period of growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Day to day hands on responsibility for the finance function, management reporting, cashflow, external responsibilities, budgets and forecasting
- Management of a small business services/finance team
- Ensure best practice is maintained for all compliance and regulatory requirements
- Payroll
- Support the MD for all statutory and legal matters including contracts & agreements with Blue-Chip customers
- FX management
Experience Includes:
- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Experience as an FD within an SME environment
- A hands-on approach able to understand the importance of diligent cash flow management
- Experience working with Private Equity Investors
- Technically strong, able to work in a rapidly changing environment
