A global telecommunications business are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their high performing team in Reading to manage a small team within the Fixed Assets accounting space.

Description
The role will be responsible for all aspects of Fixed Asset accounting and reporting to ensure that complete and accurate information is provided to internal stakeholders and shareholder's Fixed Asset teams.
The Finance Manager will also be required to input into, and manage the delivery of, the team roadmap to continuously review, develop and implement change to improve the current End to End process to increase accuracy, improve financial controls and ensure compliance with relevant Accounting Standards (inculdingIFRS)
The Finance Manager will lead a team of 2-3 staff whilst being apart of the senior leadership team and key decision making.
Profile
The successful candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified with experience in management and a background in dealing with Fixed Assets.
Job Offer
For the successful candidate a package of up to £65,000 with a car allowance plus bonus.
