Haig&Co are working with an incredible business in Warwickshire to find their new Finance Manager.
The Company
A respected and long-established professional services business with a national presence and strong client base.
The Role
A No Finance Manager role, reporting directly into the Head of Finance, overseeing and developing the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and development of the day-to-day running of the finance team
- Ownership of the full management accountants and reporting
- Produce detailed analysis of accounts and WIP with reports to the board
- Helping to drive process change and improvements and create best practice
- Assisting the Head of Finance with other ad hoc duties
The Person
- This would be an amazing role for an already established Finance Manager or a Senior Management Accountant looking to take that next step in their career.
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent)
- Previous management and leadership of a finance team
- Great interpersonal communication skills
- Super-strong Excel knowledge
- High level of personal and professional integrity
