As part of the ongoing growth of the business and a recent promotion, it is now seeking a dynamic hands on Financial Accountant to play a key role in providing accurate accounts to the business. In this broad accounting role reporting to the Finance Manager, you will get to own end-to-end processes from day one, being mentored on a fast-track route to becoming a Finance Manager in 12-18 months.

To be successful in this role you will need to be …

• A bright and ambitious recently qualified Finance professional with good knowledge of accounting principles
  
  
• Have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to explain finance to non-finance stakeholders
  
  
• Have an analytical and creative mind-set to understand, challenge and create solutions
  
  
• The desire to improve processes and grow with a fast-paced business into a Finance Manager role
