Partner Financial are engaged with a leading hospitality group in Central London. They are a highly acquisitive business who operate several prestigious leisure brands within the UK and Europe. The brand has enjoyed double digit growth over the last 18 months and have invested heavily in the finance team, brand, menu and customer experience.

You will be delivering operational excellence and be a key point of contact for the wider group, as they look to implement new systems and streamline processes.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Producing weekly financial reports to help forecast profits;
  • Operating at board level, providing KPI analysis with commentary and drafting quarterly board packs;
  • Preparing an annual business plan to establish the company’s strategy;
  • Producing the monthly management accounts for the group’s various entities;
  • Working closely with the General Manager to ascertain areas of improvement for revenue and cost control;
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure a holistic understanding of compliance, controls and procedures;
  • Dealing with the auditors and managing the audit engagement;
  • Supporting the project team with integrating systems, controls and procedures;
  • Managing the audit process and reviewing of the statutory accounts;
  • Responsibility for the weekly/monthly cash forecasting and ownership of the P&L;
  • Preparing the budgets and forecasts;
  • Managing a small team.

Profile:

  • ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified
  • Finance and operational experience within the hospitality sector
  • Experience integrating systems and controls
