FP&A Analyst

Partner Financial are engaged with a global multisite real estate organisation based in Central London who are seeking the support of a Finance Analyst. The company has grown extensively in the last few years, resulting in significant investment across the business. The business pride themselves on promoting internally and the aim is to create a “best in class” finance function.

You will be driving process improvement projects and strategic initiatives that require financial, analytical and commercial support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the business with analysis of financial information for strategic initiatives;
• Reviewing and identifying process weaknesses and inefficiencies with a view to delivering recommendations;
• Designing, building and maintaining financial models to support projects;
• Working alongside senior leaders and heads of department to provide ad-hoc analysis;
• Preparing information packs and presentation to be shared at Director and board level;
• Analysing the output of financial models and reports to provide stakeholders across the business with insights and driving the necessary change where applicable;
• Understanding the key factors impacting the business and explaining them to the Senior Management Team;
• Providing insightful commercial and trend analysis to help ascertain the viability of new sites;
• Leading the budgeting and forecasting process with key stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with a practice background and/or large listed group;
• Experience in working in large, complex, multinational organisations;
• Excellent financial modelling and excellent excel skills (awareness and comfort with VBA and BI tools would be ideal);
• A natural ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally;
• An inquisitive mind-set where you continuously seek process improvement;
