A well recognised business in the Lloyd's Insurance Market are looking for Expense Assistant to join their growing finance team.

The main responsibility of the role is to assist in expense planning, reporting and analysis across the business globally.

The responsibilities included in this Expense Assistant role are:
  • Assisting in the preparation of annual expense plans including analysis and commentary for management reporting 
  • Assisting in the allocation of group expenses to entity and business unit 
  • Assisting in the preparation and presentation of expense analysis to senior management 
  • Preparing accrual and prepayment reconciliations 
  • Focusing on continuous improvement to align and enhance global expense reporting 
For this Expense Assistant role the candidate will need to be looking to complete their accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) and with a background in a finance department, ideally in the Insurance industry. The Candidate must also have good excel skills (Vlookups, Pivot Tables) and be a confident communicator.
