SF Recruitment are working with a multi-national manufacturing business who are looking for an Interim Financial Controller to support during a period of change.
Reporting into the Finance Director and Plant Manager, you will have overall responsibility will include:
- Full Financial Responsibility for the Plant Facility
- Manage Plant Finance Team of 4 (Inclusive of Plant Purchasing resource)
- All Plant monthly & quarterly financial reporting directly into Plant Manager, to ensure accuracy and completeness of all results submitted.
- Monitor key performance measures against agreed targets and detail as part of monthly reviews
- Support shared service to manage AR & AP systems/process for the plant
- Drive focus on key measurable - Scrap, program profitability, cost management, working capital management etc
- Financial lead for government backed project to ensure correct accounting treatment & suitable process controls
The successful Interim Financial Controller will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with extensive experience at Controller within the manufacturing sector.
This position is being offered for 3 months initially and therefore requires someone available immediately (max 1 week notice).
