Fund Controller

A global real estate investment firm is seeking an experienced Fund Controller to join their client accounting and finance team.

The primary purpose of your role will be to provide financial management for a portfolio of both funds and clients investing in a wide variety of real estate assets. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved with - transaction support, cash management (including capital call and distributions), management of development assets, tax accounting and tax compliance, audit liaison and management, and the production of regular short and long-term management and investor reporting.

To apply you will need to be a qualified accountant. Ideally you will have a background in financial services specifically the investment/real estate space. You will have acquired a vast record in fund accounting ideally up to supervisory level.
