Partner Financial are engaged with a prestigious Central London based FTSE listed technology group. They are seeking a Process Analyst to support the Project Lead and wider team to successfully deliver all relevant change programmes within the group.

You will be responsible for developing robust working relationships across senior finance and for implementing any necessary process, policy, and technology changes at exemplary levels of quality, whilst adhering to tight deadlines.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Working closely with the Global Process Owners in leading the new ERP system implementation;
  • Defining pragmatic and standard processes supported by the ERP system;
  • Partnering with deployment teams to validate and drive adoption of the global template;
  • Driving process standardisation across the core finance processes;
  • Identify and develop deployment accelerators, leveraging previous implementation experiences;
  • Owning all documentation around processes and ensuring it remains up to date;
  • Driving awareness of process controls and operational reporting.

Key Competencies

  • Demonstrable and successful programme management experience
  • Proven track record of working on a high-profile ERP system implementation
  • Financial analysis, business process, and change management experience
  • Aptitude for quickly understanding technical and business content across the full scope of the business and programme
  • Experience of successfully managing complex change programmes with numerous project work streams
  • Ability to work alongside, collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable when working in an ambiguous, fast-paced and fluctuating environment
