Investment Accountant

Investment Accountant | Up to £45K | Exceptional Benefits Package

Large well-respected financial services organisation seek an Investment Accountant to be based out of their vibrant Epsom office. This Investment Accountant role will facilitate the provision of high quality investment reporting information to the business, overseeing the production of the investment data for management reporting, statutory accounts and commercial development purposes in addition to providing commentary and analyses on the information supplied.

With a good understanding of the technical regulatory requirements for investments, you will ideally be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), with demonstrable experience of running and motivating a team preferably within a financial services environment. Accountant Duties include:

• Investment reporting
• Management accounts
• Reconciliation and financial analysis
• Technical and new business support
• Adhoc involvement with system review and maintenance
• Supervising a team

To be successful for this Accountant role you must have:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualification
• Recent investment, fund or real estate experience
• Confident communication skills
• Extensive IT skills (Sun Systems advantageous)
• Strong work ethic, proactive and organised
