Credit Controller

 If you are currently in a debt collection type post and actively studying towards a finance qualification but eager to develop your practical skills further within a supportive environment, this is the right move for you.  

You will manage the sales ledger function through extensive credit control, reconciliations and financial reporting whilst promoting best practice and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.  Your skills should extend to sales ledger, reconciliations and credit control but ultimately a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients and ability to juggle a heavy workload efficiently is what our client desires, allowing you to work independently in a trusting environment.

In exchange for your hard work as Credit Controller, you will be offered £23,000 to £26,000 per annum, dependent on your experience, plus a range of competitive benefits including flexible working, generous pension and offices in a great location with a sociable office vibe.

Your daily duties as Credit Controller will entail:

• Managing high volume debt collection
• Adhering to company policies and deadlines
• Identifying and minimising risk to the business to ultimately maximise profit
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintaining key relationships

To apply for this Credit Controller post it is beneficial you have the following: 

• Previous experience within a similar high volume debt collection post (min 2 years’)
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, in particular MS Excel
• Confidence, dedication and professional working both in a team and independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
