Corporate Restructuring Executive

Corporate Restructuring Executive opportunity within an International Mid-Market Advisory Practice offering career progression and exposure to a wide range of transactions involving distressed and highly stressed businesses.

A leading International Corporate Advisory Practice renowned for providing Mid-Market businesses with Restructuring & Turnaround, Debt Advisory, M&A / Corporate Finance and Formal Insolvency & Recovery solutions. The firm has offices in all major UK cities and a strong presence in Manchester and the North West region.

THE OPPORTUNITY

A new opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Restructuring Executive offering exposure to a wide range of projects and transactions involving distressed and highly stressed businesses.

Duties and responsibilities will involve:

• Assisting Directors with Business Review, Turnaround and Financial Advisory work.
• Supporting Directors with negotiation of Accelerated M&A transactions involving PE investors and Trade buyers.
• Assisting with large Trading Administrations
• Due Diligence projects
• Attending networking meetings and events.

THE PERSON

You will be an ambitious Accountant / Finance Professional able to meet the following criteria:

• ACA / ACCA Qualified
• Background within Top Tier Accountancy Firm or independent Recovery / Advisory Practice (min.c.3-5 yrs)
• A desire to develop your experience within Corporate Advisory work and progress longer term to Director within a leading International Advisory practice.
