Accounts Assistant

A leading creative marketing business are seeking a progressive Accounts Assistant! Study support provided!

Your new role
As the Accounts Assistant you will play an integral role in the Finance team as you ensure that the company accurately make all payments in accordance. You will work closely with both the Management Accountant and the Finance Director regarding planning and commercial decision-making operations by providing information and undertaking related accounts administration. You will be setting up suppliers on the AP ledger, manage expenses and PO's. You will be managing the aged creditors list and carrying out bank reconciliations at month end. You will also be assisting the Management Accountant with balance sheet recs, prepayments and accruals and fixed asset register. This is a great opportunity to take the next steps in your career!

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will be studying towards AAT with the ambition to move onto ACCA or CIMA. This role will provide FULL study support!! You will need to have previous experience of the duties listed above and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment!
