Our client is profitable B2C group with a number of revenue streams. They have invested significantly in both staff and business in recent years, and have plans approved to expand even further. As part of a general up-skilling of their finance team, they are keen to speak to Finance Business Partners to focus on:
- Driving the business planning and strategy process
- Implementing analysis tools to understand their revenue streams better
- Business partnering operational team managers to improving performance
- Identifying opportunities to reduce cost
- Owning all 'special projects' as dictated by the board
Candidate profile:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA)
- Ambitious, energetic, progressive nature
- Professional and capable of communicating effectively at all levels
- Capable of developing into a future leadership position
