Accounts Assistant - Xero Experience

A fitness brand are looking for an interim Accountant/Bookkeeper to assist the FD. The successful candidate will have experience working with Xero.

The role would suit someone with excellent administrator skills, advanced excel skills and previous accountant or finance experience who has a professional and helpful manner.

Responsibilities:

• Import bank statements and match balances
• Reconciling bank transactions
• In charge of invoices across departments
• Invoice Processing in Xero
• Reconciling supplier accounts
• Manage and extend cash flow
• Process expenses
• Process monthly payroll and freelance payments
• Reconciliations
• In charge of payment run, VAT return and client refunds

Requirements:

• Xero experience is beneficial
