Finance Manager

Finance Manager job with Bilfinger UK Limited in Warrington.

As Finance Manager you will manage the entire Financial Accounting transactions activities (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Banking processes) and be responsible for balance sheet controlling and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Month end close -

• Control the month end close for AR/AP/Cash
• Review bank reconciliations and manage the clearance of sub-ledgers
• Review AR and AP reporting
• Manage fixed assets (additions, disposals, depreciation, IFRS 16 entries)
• Manage and clear the GR/IR
• Account Manage month end process for subsidiary / joint venture
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations

Reporting -

• Capex reporting
• Tax computations
• Bellin (inter-company)

Routine tasks -

• VAT / CIS return
• Manage Vendor / Customer Master Data (setting up new / making changes)
• Maintain capex tracker
• Respond to PQQ queries
• Company secretarial
• Line manage the Cash Manager and AP Supervisors
• Manage inter-company balances

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

• Several years experience in a similar role
• Advanced Excel analysis
• SAP (ideally)

QUALIFICATIONS

• ACA / ACCA/ CIMA
