PFI Finance Manager/ Controller
Quality control
- Oversee the production of management accounts, budgets and statutory accounts for the company's PFI portfolio
Technical control
- Be responsible for best practice and GAAP compliance
Audit control
- Be responsible for liaison with the companies auditors together with assessment of disclosures and recommended templates.
- Co-ordinate with group consolidation and tax managers
Financial Model control
- Technical advice and guidance
Asset Management
- Liaison with asset managers for reporting at quarterly board meetings
Staff management
- Accounting and technical guidance and mentoring
PFI Projects
- Take responsibility for two or three current projects
- Provide guidance on accounting and structure on new projects and acquisitions on the secondary market
Qualifications
- Qualified Accountant
- PFI Knowledge/experience
