State of the art premises in Manchester is where the role will be based. The successful management accountant will need to enjoy and thrive from working in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role will have continuous exposure to senior leadership stakeholders across the business, we are looking for an exceptional commercial finance professional. The role is a managerial position but it is essential that the successful individual has the ability to perform all duties across the FP&A team.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic financial planning, including business plan and model
• Board level business partnering
• Budget and forecast
• Competitor, trend and commercial analysis
• First class reporting across all areas
• First class market insight
• Create and maintain relationships across all departments to understand key drivers of performance
• Identifying opportunities, risks and eliciting best practice across the business

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified (3+ years PQE)
• Demonstrable FP&A experience preferably gained within a highly consumer focussed environment, ideally e-commerce, digital or retail
• First class communication, presentation, reporting and analysis ability
• Previous management experience
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise work in a fast-paced environment
