Partner Financial are working with a global property business based in Central London. They are fast becoming the global leader in their sector due to their service focus; driving organic growth. The business continues to perform above market comparisons through acquisitions and by continuing investment in the company. 

The role is responsible for the accounting, reporting and financial compliance for all holding entities based in EMEA. It requires business partnering with the Global and Regional Finance teams, as well as the treasury, tax and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting and reporting for all holding companies within EMEA;
  • Ensuring entities are compliant with company accounting policies and procedures;
  • Partnering with Global and Regional Finance, Treasury, Tax and Legal teams;
  • Partnering with functional leaders to understand activities, projects and cost allocations within the entities;
  • Completing and submitting statutory accounts as well as managing the audit relationships;
  • Ensuring controls are operating effectively in all entities and SOX requirements are met;
  • Driving ongoing process improvement, ensuring the best use of systems;
  • Managing ad hoc projects and reporting.

 The Candidate

  • ACA Qualified Accountant;
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and relevant experience of month end accounting and statutory reporting;
  • US GAAP and SOX experience is desirable;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills;
  • Experience using ERP and consolidation systems.
