Corporate Restructuring Advisory Executive

Our client is a leading National Corporate Restructuring and Advisory Boutique who are looking to strengthen their team with experienced Corporate Restructuring professionals.  You will assist with managing a broad client base across small, medium and large local and national corporate recovery and restructuring assignments and also some corporate finance. 

As a corporate restructuring executive your scope of work will mainly be focused around Restructuring Advisory work but may cover some formal insolvencies including administrations, receiverships and liquidations.  On the advisory side you may cover Business Analysis, Stakeholder Negotiation, Business Planning, Cash Management, Credit Analysis, Asset backed lending (ABL’s), Independent Business Reviews and general recovery advisory work for bank led and company debtor type clients.  You may also get involved in some Corporate Finance transactions too.

The successful corporate restructuring executives may have some Restructuring or Insolvency exposure or having recently qualified be looking to make that step across into Restructuring for the first time. You will have trained within another small, medium or large firm or Insolvency boutique.  You are likely to be nearly or recently ACA/ACCA/JIEB Qualified.

As corporate restructuring executive you will be keen to grow and develop around managers and directors who are leaders in their fields.  You will come with strong financial analysis and communication skills (verbal and written, in the form of report writing). You will have good client relationship skills.  In time to build on your general business network to assist in business development activities of the department.
