About the role

You will business partner closely with the divisional senior leadership team within your specific remit, partnering across areas such as e-commerce, sales & marketing, logistics, operations or production. This role is all about adding value, business plans, identifying opportunities, budgeting, forecasting, planning and analysis. The finance business partner will support and challenge performance in trading meetings and reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the senior leadership team
• Provide clear and simple decision support, analysis and commercial insight
• Cultivate excellent relationships with your stakeholders and customers
• Provide first class communication, reporting and presentation of key financial information
• Challenge team performance with high attention to detail
• Improve financial modelling and analysis to help achieve strategic goals

Person profile

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified
• Excellent academic background
• First class communication, analysis and presentation skill
• Experience of working in a large complex business
• Ability to work quickly, accurately in a high pressure and rapidly growing, changing and fast-paced environment
