The Group Reporting Accountant position is a 6 months Interim role working for a Private Equity backed software business.
The company is growing rapidly, has had recent investment and is looking to expand. They are approaching there first audit and require a technical Financial Accountant with an Audit background or experience taking companies through Audit to work with the senior management to take the company through this and the year-end process.
The role is based in Central London.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing Audit files
- Liaising with Auditors
- Group Consolidations
- Liaising with the banks
- Statutory Accounts
Candidate profile:
- ACA trained or equivalent with experience in a practice environment working in the Audit team would be very beneficial
- Good Financial Accounting experience is essential
- An ability to liaise and partner with senior stakeholders and investors on a regular basis is also essential.
