A Top 100 firm of Chartered Accountants with offices across the North West are looking to appoint an Accounts & Audit Senior or Supervisor to join their Corporate Services. They have recently established a new team in Manchester City Centre and they are looking to appoint a recently qualified accountant into this office.

Your new role
As an Accounts & Audit Senior / Supervisor you will join their Corporate Services team providing a range of accounting and audit assignments to a variety of clients including professional practices, motor dealers, manufacturing and academies.

You will be responsible for supporting client managers with the planning of assignments and day to day duties will include supervising audit assignments, preparing and supervising statutory accounts and management accounts. You will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with your clients, identifying cross selling opportunities and presenting back to clients. There will also be the opportunity to gain involvement in special work such as due diligence assignments, CF work and cashflow forecasting.

You will join the team in a supervisory capacity, working closely with the Manchester partners contributing to the growth and development of the business. This offers excellent scope for progression through to management.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm are seeking an ACA / ACCA recently qualified accountant who has either trained within a Top 10 firm of an independent firm where your workload was weighted predominantly towards audit. You must be a positive and driven individual who is committed to providing excellent clients service and is also committed to their own personal development within public practice.
