A leading property company require an interim finance analyst on a 3-6 month basis. The primary focus of this role is to support the business with the preparing cashflow-based appraisals for large, complex development projects. The ideal candidate will provide a range of analytical support, including maintaining the models and preparing appraisals.
Ideally you will have a proven track record in modelling with some real estate knowledge. You need to be able to demonstrable experience of designing, building and operating financial models as a core component of a previous role(s).
