Senior Finance Business Partner - 12-18 month FTC

Are you an immediately available Senior Finance Business Partner looking for your next challenge?

My client is looking for a strong candidate for a 18 month fixed term contract while the current incumbent helps with a specific project.

Based in Derby7shire, you will provide and interpret financial information of the business, analysing change and advising accordingly. Manage a large team of 8-10, you will help to manage the team to produce accurate financial reports to very specific deadlines. You will manage, develop and supervise the team which is made up of qualified management accountants and analysts.

Some of the other duties include conducting reviews and evaluations for cost reduction opportunities and formulating strategic and long term business plans. You will analyse competitor and market trends, providing commentaries and advice and getting involved in the decision making process. This company allows autonomy to look at existing processes and monitor their effectiveness and help to streamline systems where necessary. You will help manage budgets and forecasts, speaking to non finance departments including operations regarding KPIs, costs, budgets and future forecasts.

They are looking to pay £65-70k plus benefits and the opportunity to work in a fast paced and fun environment. You must be qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) and have worked in large organisations managing large teams.
