Ipswich, Suffolk, based on the outskirts our client is looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to join their team on a permanent basis, taking on a fairly new transactional team of 5.
Primarily focusing on the East Anglia area our client is one of the 'go to' companies in their field of expertise.
For this opportunity you will take full control of preparing, developing and analysing the management accounts and financial reporting whilst developing the financial controls and systems.
You will support the management team in developing and delivering the organisation's financial and business strategy, improving the system surrounding all aspects of the organisation's budgets, forecasts and business planning.
For this role you will either be CIMA/ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience with experience in a management position, alternatively you are currently in a supportive role and looking for that 'number 1' position within an acquisitive organisation.
You will be expected have familiarity with all Microsoft packages with advanced Excel skills. Previous experience using QuickBooks is advantageous but not compulsory.
Salary £45,000- £50,000 (DoE)
