Harmonic are delighted to be working with one of London's most prestigious luxury brands in providing a Commercial Finance Manager to join their ranks as Number 1 in finance. This global business is leading in its industry and works with some of the most prestigious venues in London to provide luxury dining experiences and accommodation .

Whilst being a well-established brand with brilliant training and progression opportunities, they also have a reputation for always improving their processes and product in order to retain their position in the high end luxury market. They are know for being 'different' to other luxury businesses as they are well known for their down to earth culture which supports people both from a career and personal perspective.

The Role

The Finance Manager will work on-site and business partner with the Operations Manager and the General Manager.

· Management of the finance team for one of their most prestigious locations

· Support 2 direct reports with mentoring and training

· Business partner with the operational team in order to drive improvements in the business

· Prepare management accounts and prepare for monthly business reviews

· Budgeting & forecasting

· Overseeing month end and P&L

· Tracking budgets

· Provide analysis to aid decisions

What you need (essential)

· ACCA or CIMA (Part Qualified or Newly Qualified)

· Excellent Communication

· Desire to learn and progress career quickly

· Strong Excel skills

What we would like to see

· Multi-site experience

· Hospitality or food experience (high end)

· Examples of business partnering and growth as a result

Salary: Up to £50,000

Start date: ASAP ideally but will wait up to 3 months
