Finance Business Partner
Based: East Lancashire
Salary: highly dependent on experience. Excellent benefits and future progression opportunities
Our client is a highly successful, European manufacturing business based in the heart of East Lancashire. Due to further growth and investment with the business, we are actively seeking a Finance Business Partner to work closely with internal departments on all things finance and costing for production.
Role:
- Taking ownership for all costs/finances for a specific business unit
- Undertaking monthly reviews with budget holders regarding cost control of overheads and general expenses for each cost centre.
- Month end delivery to set KPI's
- Reporting on cost of production by business unit and manufacturing site
- Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and monthly KPI reporting
- Supporting Managers with monthly and annual reporting packs
- Annual costing and weekly material reports
- Risks and opportunities assessment - ensuring projects are aligned with costs
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Group reporting with European businesses within the group
- Continually looking to improve and develop current processes
Experience:
- Business partnering and manufacturing - essential.
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis - essential
- Part Qualified/Qualified CIMA/ACCA - essential
- Strong Excel and able to manage high volume data
