Role: Finance Director
Duration: Permanent
Location: Central London
Salary: £120,000 - £140,000
A PE backed multi-site leisure/hospitality business requires a permanent FD. Looking to complete a turn around in the next 12 months working towards a possible exit in 3-4 years.
Finance Director Responsibilities:
- Overhaul and improve financial reporting, processes and controls
- Improve budgeting capability and cashflow management
- Board reporting - working with the directors to develop commercial strategy
- Analysis of financial reports and forecasts to identify suitable acquisition opportunities
- Running of the day to day finance function
- Investor relations - including reporting and analysis to PE house
- Management of finance team
Finance Director Requirements:
- ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified
- Proven experience as an FD
- Experience in working with Private Equity
- New-site roll-out experience
- Multi-site experience (Leisure/Hospitality etc)
- Transaction experience
