An Interim Financial Controller is required to join a highly successful and inquisitive business based in the West Midlands.

Description
As the Interim Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in the effective and accurate delivery of key financial information. Reporting into the CFO, you will interface across the wider organisation and business partner with multiple stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Responsible for the day to day management of the finance function
- Managing the budgeting and forecasting process
- Producing key variance and trend analysis to support effective business decisions
- Overseeing the production of the statutory accounts
- Ensuring robust controls and processes are maintained
- Reviewing and appraising Key Performance Indicators
- Production of the annual financial statements
Profile
- A Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- A proven track record working in a highly inquisitive environment
- Exposure to working for a Private Equity backed business would be advantageous
- The ability to engender trust and forge effective working relationships
- Strong leadership skills
Job Offer
