Interim International Senior Tax Manager

Talent Forte have an urgent requirement for an Interim Senior International Tax Manager to join a FTSE global business.

The role has arisen due to legal entity restructure; you will be required to work as part of a team and have a strong accounting background as an international tax professional. You will need to have either managed or participated in both UK and overseas entity simplification projects. The main focus for this role is on dormant, holding and financing entities as well as a number of redundant commercial entities. The main jurisdictions are UK, Ireland and Luxembourg.

Responsibilities:

• • Objective I - liquidation of UK dormant companies
    • Provide tax support to the team
    • Preparation of HMRC clearance requests
  • Objective II - working through batches of other target UK and overseas entities selected to identify tax issues and support the development of a project plan to ensure the logical and achievable elimination of as many entities as possible within the next six months and the implement of this plan
  • Objective III - development of a project plan to eliminate further entities after the initial six months

• • You will have experience of the elimination of both UK and overseas entities
