Accountant (Senior Manager, Accounting Advisory).

A unique opportunity to join the Accounting Advisory team of a Big 4 Firm at Senior Manager level.

The ideal candidate will be working in an accountancy role in Industry with an audit and/or advisory background and looking for a return to professional services with a Big 4 Firm.

Experience of IFRS and UK Gaap required.

This is a senior, non audit position in a fast growing service line for a Big 4 Firm offering flexible ways of working if required. Key parts of the role include:

• Advising clients on the accounting for new products and structured transactions.
• Advising clients on conversions and comparisons between UK Gaap, IFRS and US Gaap.
• Assessing the impact of new accounting standards.
• Managing and leading diverse teams and playing a key role in developing this business unit and implementing business strategy.

Your experience will include:

• Deep knowledge and understanding of IFRS and/or UK Gaap and/or US Gaap.
• Corporate Audit and/or technical project experience in a senior role.
• Technical accounting experience would be valuable.
• Experience of leading and developing teams at a senior level.
