Interim Finance Manager (3m+ ctc)

£250-£330 per day.

Our client, an expanding SME service industry business, seeks an experienced, hands on Interim Finance Manager for an initial 3 month contract.

Reporting to the CFO, you will take responsibility for managing, supporting and developing two accounts assistants whose responsibilities are accounts payable, cash management, stock, banking, sales ledger, credit control, reconciliations and all that goes with it. There is a little monthly management accounting reporting and analysis content too, although this is not the crux.

There is definite scope to improve systems and processes, to identify and implement changes, to lead by example. Things ain't perfect as they stand, we know that.

As such, we need someone who will likely possess considerable experience in these transactional areas, a robust individual who has a proven track record of managing staff and of identifying and implementing improvements and change.

We're looking for a late October/early November start, ideally.

£250-£330 per day, (limited) company preferred. Payroll possible too.
