Our client based in Central Cambridge is looking to recruit an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant to join its team
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:
- Assist Head of Fiannce and Heads of Department with the preparation of annual budgets
- Assist Head of Finance in the month end closure process
- Prepare monthly management accounts for the Heads of Departments
- Post month end journals
- Oversee accounts payable ledger and supplier payment runs
- Prepare VAT Returns and any other statutory reporting as required
- Support the Head of Finance in updating the quarterly endowment
- Other ad hoc work as required
You are a team player, with excellent communication skills, strong systems knowledge especially with Excel
