Solution Architect / Integration Manager

Partner Financial are working with a large, complex organisation with a strong market presence in both developed and developing markets. They are currently embarking on a new strategy, transformation and restructure and this will have a positive impact on performance, expertise and customer focus.

Key Competencies:

• SAP S/4 HANA Experience is essential;
• Knowledge across MDG/PROJECTS/MM/FICO/SECURITY modules is essential;
• Experience of P2P, R2R, O2C Business Process modelling is essential;
• Accomplished at producing key Business and Functional Specification documents
• Full functional analysis, process, and operational design experience;
• Expert knowledge of key finance processes and controls, and evident mapping experience using relevant software packages;
• Extensive experience in separation and integration projects;
• Comprehensive experience creating detailed and relevant process documents;
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills; comfort when liaising with both finance and non-finance professionals at all levels
• Deep understanding of Finance Systems and ERP implementation lifecycles, supported by extensive experience;
• A problem solver, with the ability to work with significant ambiguity;
• Ability to work to tight deadlines within a dynamic, fluid, and highly ambiguous environment.
