Client Accountant

A high end property estate business is looking for a confident client accountant to join the London team £35k


Your New Company:
Working for an established property management company based in London, the company pride themselves on a collaborative partnership structure and have a longstanding client base. The company's portfolio consists of both commercial and residential property.

A key area that this company focuses on is the not for profit sector and the company requires the successful candidate to have a professional and calm manner. The company are in a stable position, however, are always considering new ventures to expand the business.

Your New Role:
This role will include a wide variety of roles, however the main principles of this position will include:

• Service Charge Accounting for a wide portfolio of Clients
• Assisting the Property Managers with Annual Service Budgets
• Client Statements and VAT Reporting
• Rent Demands on a Quarterly Basis
• Ad-Hoc finance duties (Invoice Processing and Bank Reconciliations)

You will be working alongside the head of finance who has worked as a client accountant before and thus will be able to provide support when required. The role will allow you to grow and develop as you will be working with property experts.

What You'll need to Succeed:
You ideally need to have around 3 years of prior experience with service charges and completing client accounts, you ideally need to have experience using Qube,Tramps or Propman. You will need to be a social candidate and be able to liaise with senior members of the business.
